even with WL tickets you can travel comfortably in mandovi,just get on the sleeping berths in the 2S coaches :)
It's not waste.People prefer Mandovi over KK because it arrives in late night in the konkan belt(Where 99.999% of people will be deboarding during ganpati).
Yes i got confirmed tkt...i was standing in sr. Citizen line at Thane stn PRS counter....in the morning my uncle(sr. Citizen) takes my place & booked tkt...
