Sorry, we may also have good company in neighbouring Pakistan and Bangladesh :)
Good initiative by railways. Kindly give a thought to passengers travelling in sleeper who may have had travelled a long distance. They book tickets in advance and are forced to travel in discomfort due to occupying of seats by daily passengers. The railways should look at having passenger trains at peak times a bit ahead of express/long distance trains so that the daily passengers can travel in comfort and ease
yes local tkts / ordinary tkts for travelling jan-shatabdi / intercity s.f. is crime ., passengers shd resort to this i.e. chain pulling 2 or 3 time on the route ., let t.t. / g.r.p. /rail police get alarmed ., this protest is positive move by people ..
Once we traveled from Sa to KYJ in 12623.The whole coach was jam packed from ERS. We were not able to go to washrooms too. My father had to stand till KYJ since he tried to go to washroom.
I do agree.....Sleeper class travel between ernakulam and kayankulam by trivandrum mail is a bit tough even if u have reservation. Lots of passengers from ern board and sit on the seats meant for reserved passengers.
