WL 73 will be your status right now... WL 103 is the original status since the reservation commenced for that train
Explanation: When the Confirmed berths got exhausted, 103 people booked the tickets, hence WL moved upto 103. Now, due to cancellations or confirmations (due to release of special quota), the WL has come down to 73. Hence you are 73rd on the WL at present. Always check the second number. However, the first number would appear on the Charts pasted on the coach if your ticket is confirmed.
