Ratlam is a larger junction on NDLS BCT route and a point for people from Bhilwara, Chittor, Banswara, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Pratapgarh etc to reach Mumbai. However, alloted quota to Ratlam in various trains in quite low and one donot find availblity in trains which are of suitable timings to reach Mumbai. For examples, three overnight trains, Golden Temple, Avanitka and Jaipur Bombay put together have about 217 seats in Sleeper, but all are in RLWL or PQWL and are shared with other larger boarding points like Kota, Nagda etc.
The effective availablity at Ratlam declines substantially.

not possible on current scenario, as will need another rake and also ratlam-ajmer express is more like a fast passenger train consisting majority of general class n only 2 SL n 1 3AC.. so will demand 2 dedicated express train rakes! :-/
