People are saying that this degraded to a bailgadi now...i agree to this but the halts has no hands behind this.
Howrah to chennai is nearly 1650km and 11 halts for this distance,its enough and required..
But yes,i agree to the point that its cleanliness and pantry service is worst in this region. This can be remedy by giving lhb or new CBC coaches to this SER king.

SER does decent enough maintenance but by the it reaches MAS and no maintenance there is the biggest issue,its kept on PF and sent back as its RSA Partner :(
