From BTE avbl 242 in SL
From AGC WL 85
If you book from BTE as BP at AGC, you will get WL 85 only .
So book it from BTE in IRCTC and then change the BP to AGC at any PRS with printout of E ticket, a request letter and ID proof before 24 hours of departure.

For changing Bp, you must visit PRS
U may have IRCTC ticket or PRS ticket

Kindly keep in mind that, for DOJ 1/10/2013 onwards ,you can change the BP while booking itself without affecting the quota, as per IR's new rules.
