If I travel with a phota copyof ID card how much fine I will have to pay in caseof tatkal ticket.?

As per rule:

During the journey, the passenger, whose identity card number has been indicated on the ticket, will have to produce original proof of identity indicated on the ticket, failing which all the passengers booked on the ticket shall be treated as traveling without ticket and charged accordingly. Indication will come on the ticket regarding carrying the same original proof of identity during the journey, as indicated on the ticket.

TTE will be having the details of your ID card type and number which you provided while booking, in his chart . So you must provide the same for a hassle free journey.
What ever ticket it may be...While Booking whether in PRS or E-ticket your ID details will be printed on it.
