CrUeLInTeNtIoNs~ 5113 blog postsFew of my relatives @ MMR right now including senior citizen and children. They were supposed to board LTT-Darbhanga Puja special which has been delayed only by 14 hours. The retiring room is locked from outside and the attendent says that it is not available. They approached station master and he said it does not lies in his judriction... Is there any option of making a complain regarding this? Or any way we can find if the waiting room is at all booked or not?

SMS should be done for complaining.
If it still doesn't work out then u may send national sms to 097 17 630982 but this complaint no is to be used only during travelling and pax faces difficulty enroute. Hence use it as last resort.
