CrUeLInTeNtIoNs~ 5113 blog postsFew of my relatives @ MMR right now including senior citizen and children. They were supposed to board LTT-Darbhanga Puja special which has been delayed only by 14 hours. The retiring room is locked from outside and the attendent says that it is not available. They approached station master and he said it does not lies in his judriction... Is there any option of making a complain regarding this? Or any way we can find if the waiting room is at all booked or not?

many thanks sir... just a clarification... should the SMS be sent to make a complain OR we can know the availability of waiting/retiring room?
