We see a lot of trains being started by RM which are out of budget. No doubt people will benifit. But I get these questions in mind
1. Rail budget is a sacred document presented in the Parliament and it has been a tradition in our democracy.
2. five to six things out of rail budget document is OK. But not so many.

We forget all those values when our regions gets more trains...but we starting crying if others get it. But its true.
any ways we r getting trains den it is fine its all depends on officials hatsoff to Kharghe Sir for introducing non budget trains
