Train 18 - तेरी प्यारी प्यारी Livery को किसी की नज़र न लगे

We see a lot of trains being started by RM which are out of budget. No doubt people will benifit. But I get these questions in mind
1. Rail budget is a sacred document presented in the Parliament and it has been a tradition in our democracy.

When Parliament functions, a minister cannot discuss an issue outside. Similarly we need to value our institutions.
Many of you remmeber , one of our Late RAILWAY Minister offered resignation just bcz SOME ONE IN PARLIAMENT ASKED A QUESTION WHY GRAND TRUNK EXPRESS IS RUNNING LATE??
Such are the traditions of our country. We need to uphold those values
