is a calamity out there n no train can budge even with a steam locomotive or else 3rd line charged up train too.
What Arya Rishav has asked is already known fact to me n other senior rf's. 3 phase locos will enter VSKP - KGP section, but not now.
There is nothing wrong for him to ask a certain question.
