Sir kya fantastic...24 ko SC se joh train dep huyi thi,avi tak HWH nahi pahuchi....aise train ko WAP-7 nahi WDM-2B ki zaroorat hain :P
mazaak karne k liye hadd hoti hain.
this section is badly affected with rains.
and how can u expect a heavily delayed/diverted train to run when there is a calamity across the coast.

lekin Sir ECoR mein aisi prob aajkal normal baat ho gayi hain....aur toh aur according to TOI,yessterday YPR HWH Duronto & YPR KYQ Exp arrived at some station @ Odisha after halting there for 12 Hrs,passengers were sent by road to BBS from there ECoR will arrange special train so that they can reach HWH/Guwahati....so please I request Arya Rishav ji,please dont expect superior services...whatever Rly is giving you that is also in severe critical situation..so please dont expect anything more.Please...!
