Attachment of pantry car in kumbha and upasana is a good move by IR, it shows that they can be flexible but now if they increase another 5-6 coaches to make this tiny train a standard 20 coacher then it will be more beneficial to the people of this highly demanded route..
Dehradoon station lacks basic infrastructure to handle more than 15 coach train. Otherwise from ER side ,no problem,they can easily make this 20 coach at least
