Hi, Is it possible to book the tickets even though the status showing is REGRET by going to ticket window? I am doing so because I have already got one ticket but that is on the name of my lady friend and I don't want to take risk of arguing with the Ticket checker about that later.
Alternate suggestions are also welcome.

If it is GNWL end to end then no other chance n if u r talking abt intermediate station den If u r geeting Regret in RLWL or PQWL then better book from the previous/Origin station n change the boarding point to ur origin !!
