my son's age is 6 years. but i do not booked ticket for his in new delhi-howrah rajdhani express. what to do now??

But I disagree with the suggestion
1) the seed of LIE will be planted in kids life which will only grow bigger / bigger with the natural fertiliser around us in current India
2) Paying fine is not a right or either a privilege it is to deter offence.

100% agree sir. I have been in a very similar situation. I had booked 4 tickets in Coromondal from OGL TO HWH. Me my better half and 2 daughters aged 3 and 4 ( but booked saying age 5 for both) just to get 4 berth coup. 3 tickets were CNF and the forth was WL. Tkt was e ticket. Cut long story short, TTE came and advised us that the forth child is ticketless traveller. I explained the need of forth ticket. He was not convinced. I had to show my daughter's passport. By seeing the passport he understood the situation. He did a favour to me by providing TDR and shown me the process to reclaim unused WL fare. I got nearly full refund.

Once it happened the same situation with a family father mother and 2 children, one is around 10 or 11 and the other around 5 or 6. They have not purchased ticket for the second one. when TT asked for ticket parents told he is below 5. TT nodded his head and continued checking other passengers ticket. after finishing the checking he was about to leave the bay he casually and in a friendly manner called the child and asked his name, for which the child replied then his second question was in which class you are studying the boy replied FIRST standard. Immediately he took the receipt book from his pocket changed ticket+fine etc.....and he told to the parents if you have straight away told the truth i would have neglected it.
