Railway only foucused on Main Line like - Howrah-NDLS,NDLS - Mumbai, Mumbai-BLR etc but remaining part will not facilitate with that we can travel with everage speed of Exp (35KMPH), SF (50-56 KMPH) & Passenger (Less than 35 KMPH).
That is the reason IR would not utilise their resouces for plying more trains.

Ye log 110 KMPH pe 50-60 ki avg to maintain kar nahi paa rahe aur high speed rail me kharch karenge.. Agar iss paise ka better use karke current infrastructure ko develop karke current trains ki avg speed 60 aur SF ki 80 aur Rajdhani ki 100 ke paar pahuchaye to kuch samajh me aata hai.. Pata chala 350 pe train chal rahi hai aur Ndls-Hwh 17 ghante hi le rahi hai to kya faayda.. dimag phir gaya hai inka..
IR should looking forward to take action in respect of those lines which has max speed not more than 80-100 & speedup such tracks. It is very unfortunate some raoute has double line but Avrg Speed of SF & Duranto is 60-68 (LJN-NDLS via MB), it just like a joke in terms of speed....!
