I am also bhukt bhogi of ald devision but that day ac express reached agra 21 mins late in which it lost 8 mins at chhata.
why rajdhani should permitted to be delayed till agra also???

We know that it halted for about 8 mins, but the time it took for slowdown and again start and pick up, would have been counted too.. If we calculate the whole time then it comes around 15-16 mins, and a little time would have been lost at Agra outer too.. Afterwards it kept losing time as the trains rajdhani overtook restarted and took time in picking up and it wasn't allowed to overtake so distance increase.. If it would have been in front, then both would have overtaken those trains one after other and would have easily maintained their time tables upto Itarsi..

and what about rajdhani if that will chase him, that also have to halted at agra outer, rajdhani crosses mtj at 50 kmph so if halted at outer then definitly loose more time.
