P DAS 38 blog postsHas the foggy season finally arrived in Delhi/ New Delhi? Delaying of trains already started !! Today 12303 delayed by 3 hrs, 12273 delayed by 1:30 hrs !! Can anybody from NDLS confirm this please??? Or is it due in another fortnight or so????
started but visibility is enough so trains not affecting due to fog.
