MailguardSG25~ 24054 blog postsAfter the Historic #FoodSecurityBill from UPA Govt,I request to whatever Govt that comes into power in 2014 General Elections to introduce another #FoodSecurityBill for the Wild Indian Elephants...especially to the Elephants of West Bengal who are too much hungry & often crosses rail tracks as well as International Boundary in search for food...This is ascertained to be the primary reason for so many Elephant Death across NFR.
If you can give food secuirty to these elephants in a safe place away from Rly Tracks,then they'll definitely not trespass the rly tracks & trains can move without any restriction..

lekin its impossible to say that elephant will not cross rlwy track ... its like you are limited to one room in your own house
actually sir forest se saare per kaatke log apne ghar mein furniture banva rahe hain...& upar se elephants ko sabse zyada pasand hain banana trees....jo ki forest mein nahi hote..banana can be planted by govt in selected locations in acres of land Elephants will be attracted towards them & they dont need to search for food here & there inside the forest.it'll be much better than present situation...if our govt cant even manage proper food for extinct species how can they imagine that rly alone will protect them?
yes,, bananas should be provided by govt to elephants in food security bill ...
