nobhonil10 2412 blog postsIncreasing delay in doubling of NEW COOCHBEHAR-NEW JALPAIGURI section.......should have been completed by now.........number of normal trains are always increasing plus the number of special trains...total doubling of samuktala-new jalpaiguri stretch will seriously and drastically take off the increasing pressure of APDJ-NMZ-SGUJ stretch
doubling cant happen overnight....as of now i can see soil work completed b/w ABFC-RQJ,few platforms are under construction..one RUB construced each b/w SMTA-NOQ & NBS-NCB....thats all....wait for 6-7 yrs min..till that everything will go as it is
if that remains the case then its going to be very tough,,,,,,,,even if njp-jalpaiguri road and samuktala-ncb is completed in 1.5 yr.................some relief is expected
