How troublesome...
the onward journey passengers suffer most, and particularly those who have made 'chain' journey keeping minimum xfer time .... at xfer station....
Uncertainty thy name is Indian Railways ....
'All the merits of Chains or no chains' go down the drains.... when such 'blocks' creat 'Big Blocks' in our journey...
