what happened to the old ICF rake of Poorva? There were 3 such rakes that means 39 SL & many AC coaches...why dont they use that rake when Mumbai mail is abnormally late? after all the most important 24 coach long distant trains of HWH division are:

Nowadays, both Kalka and Calcutta Mail are getting super late thanks to NCR and ECR. 12321/2 needs to bypass ALD warna koi solution nahi hai iska.
that is a universal problem & not only ER suffers,every zone has been suffering & there isnt any solution to that problem till next 10-15yrs or dfc whichever is earlier....but im talking abt the extra rake of Poorva..where is it now? why cant it be used as a rescue measure?
& Kalka Mail doesnt require any extra rake...because again it has a 20 Hrs TAT in Kalka(with no requirement of maintenance)...so even if 12311 departs 12-15 hrs late from HWH,for next journey 12312 will always be on time...
