CR itself treats it like AC PASSENGER in suburban stretch

Loco change @ IGP & banker attachment/detachment are always considered with TT, as u cant create TT with future projection & mismatching current situation!! Banker will prevail, even if Loco change gets wiped off!!
In case CR goes fully AC, TT will be revised as such!! Yes, train covers up slight/more delay, as per Slack/Clear run, which incidentally this train doesnt make it (let it be even CR Territory)!!
