Sir maine toh PGPortal mein complaint thok diya...ki change terminal of Capital to APDJ instead of KYQ & introduce RSA b/w Capital-Mahananda...Capital should be zone transferred from ECR->NFR..aise 13246 daily 16.30 tak APDJ pahuch jayegi which will depart as 15483 next morning...& 15484 joh der raat ko pahuchegi will depart as 13247....even if 13247 is delayed No prob because danapur wont be having any responsiblity for maintenance.....thus punctuality of MAhananda can be restored easily & capital can be made daily....But I'm afraid, once extended a train hardly short terminates :(
