ya IR cant do much about that....as long as TTE's are not interested to verify the ID cards properly.....most of the TTE's till now are busy collecting 50-100 rs from GS pax entering SL coaches...they're not @ all bothered about checking the genuine passengers sitting in proper berth or not.
