Grandfather of Indian EMD Locomotives.
WDM-3A are the later locomotives which came after 95's or so.
By then these EMD's were retired. these entered the land after 1960's.
They stayed on Indian soil mostly til 93/94 and finally retired.
These were just 2.6 k HP Locomotives and were tested to haul til 140 kph, but were restricted til 130.
