This practices are mostly done by the station based vendors.They cheated the exchange also and pretended and searched no coins in all his 4 or 5 pockets. Just nod some gesture posture that means he come back with coins and leave the compartment .We could not seen him since the train stopped 2 or 5 minutes only
No sir,Only concerned station approved vendors with name batch and uniform dresses should be allowed to sell for train travellers in the platform only.Not allowed to enter into the train.
the author is behaving like an illiterate. a simple demand for receipt would have solved all issues. instead of writing a column 2 pages long, criticising railways had she performed her duty, both railways and nation would be benefitted
