what if on a particular day fog is not there...?? IR then has to contact meteorologists...for eg from past 15 days there were terrible fog in NR & NCR....but last few days those region became clear & now fog has grasped NFR region...so impossible to tell fog will cover which region & when? depends on temperature & moisture in air.
