Instead of separate an hour ahead of time zone for ASSAM and North East zone,For entire INDIA just half an hour may be prep-honed .IST 5.30 may be changed as IST 6.00 hours from GST for the benefit of entire nation woke up early and early to bed and most of the working hours in day time.
