A person can become a qualified RM after he is given the opportunity first.
ya we've seen Mamata Banerjee & Kharge how qualified they're as RM.taking Indian Rlys to the limits of sky.MG trains going @ 65 whereas BG's going <30 kmph
In that case, a person in all parties should be groomed as RM and he should be trained accordingly..LoL
So, now we have PM in waiting, then we will have RM also in waiting ... Lol
