Finally they placed it, I have seen those PSC blocks from lst year near the track
ya I've seen such PSC blocks b/w Jamirghata-Khaltipur in HWH NJP Main Line section...dont know when are they going to install it....but ER always gives due notification about disruption before installation of subway..
