have often seen that it is really difficult for mid aged / old aged people trying to get down from train to pf..what is the technical difficulty in raising pf height to a level where the inconvenience is reduced ....
now-a-days most of the stations PF height has been increased...primary aim should be to increase length not height.
i would have thought that raising platform height would be easiest job even thought a costly affair , but would catch interest of RB , since millions of people will be benefited with that move..installling escalator , lifts is all very good move but the pax facing the hardship of getting down from train is the most primary concern that should be addreesd , i am sure many people would have seen how dificult it is for a person on wheel chair or crutches to board a train , just imagine if the levels are same then how easy their life wud be..
