These kind of news are like Press releases only. all print news media will have SAME WORDS. They cannot be changed or fine tuned to get eligibility to be posted at IRI and escape your eyes.

This is reason why iri news bar is very less used ,, some other useful news entries get less priority and news post like these get 3-4 times because they are copied by all papers ...
But It seems very irritating to see same news with exactly same words 3-4 times..
Either a member must be given option to hide news post bar on right side or duplicate entries must be deleted , or duplicates must be combined into one

Sorry but I think you should know what is COPIED and what is SHARED.
If budget presentation is given to media, they will publish as it without even changing the spelling mistakes. Thats not COPYING.

Regarding news features @ IRI, that should be checked with Moderator but not just saying word to word copied.
