Great to see! Having a direct train between Mau and Mumbai would be very beneficial for passengers but a superfast express running at least three days a week would provide better connectivity and convenience for travellers. It would reduce the hassle of changing trains and save a significant amount of time. I hope the authorities consider this suggestion and implement it in the near future.
As we know that Before Covid-19, their is a train Azamgarh-Mumbai Weekly Express. But after Pandemic, this train didn't come back on a track to run. So , now this New Mau-Mumbai Weekly Express looks like previous Azamgarh-Mumbai Weekly Express, only their is a extension of Azamgarh-Mumbai Weekly Express from Mau to recalled as Mau-Mumbai Weekly Express.
If they have to run a new train , they should run Mau-Mumbai Superfast Train (at least 3 days in week). This will give more better connection for Mau Region.

Happy to see that all the trains are running again on their routes after COVID 19 PANDEMIC.
But it will be more better for Mau district and nearby Mau district to see 15071 MAU JN - LUCKNOW JN EXPRESS / 15072 LUCKNOW JN - MAU JN EXPRESS again on the route. This is very very important train for patients who are not able to get reservations in Krishak Express and Utsarg Express etc. it will become as an better option for reservation or confirm seats for going Lucknow. This is very important for many other purposes for people's of Mau district.
