There is a big scam going in indian #railways,there is an #irctc policy for catering in #railways ,is of NO Bill No PAY ,which completely says clearly ,if you are not provided bill ,you do not pay,
How do you execute this scam,the vendors employed by #irctc are paid on commission basis ,suppose the veg sandwich cost Rs 30 according to the menu ,they are selling for Rs45 ,now in this every body is getting benefitted,the vendor gets Rs 1.50 extra per transaction,the rest illegay money goes to the franchise,in my case J.Ghosh.in #puri #dhauli express,that too ,unaccounted,black money ,generated every day,taking customer for a ride.

demanded the bill,they are issuing manual bill , with not #gst breakup,they do not have menu card ,showing MRP of food items plus quantity of food mentioned

Recently #irctc came out with an ipo ,which was over subscribed ,has to come out with government monopoly and has to be directly report to #consumer of #indianrailways
The tea served is Rs 7 in the menu ,but they are charging Rs 10 in actual,and they intentionally do not carry menu cardThis a big scam ,happening under our nose.
