that passenger, MEMU, and local trains, which were scheduled to operate as regular trains starting July 1, 2024, would now commence as normal trains from January 1, 2025 due to the inability to print the timetable. The DRM also stated that despite running as special trains, MEMU and local trains would not be charged special fares. The court also directed the DRM to provide detailed information and clarify the situation regarding the cancellation of the 08745 and 08746 MEMU locals operating between Raipur-Gevra Road-Raipur for the past nine months.

The changes include: **Route Changes:** 1) Train no. 17008, Darbhanga-Secunderabad Express, departing Darbhanga on October 1st, will take the altered route via Peddapalli- Nizamabad to reach Secunderabad. 2) Train no. 07052, Raxoul-Secunderabad Express, departing Raxoul on September 24th, will take the altered route via Peddapalli- Nizamabad to reach Secunderabad. **Delayed Departure:** Train no. 17006, Raxoul-Hyderabad Express, departing Raxoul on October 6th, will depart 2 hours late. **Canceled Trains:** Train no. 12849, Bilaspur-Pune Express, departing Bilaspur on September 5th, is canceled. Train no. 22647, Korba-Kochuveli Express, departing Korba on September 4th, is canceled. These cancellations are due to rack unavailability caused by the cancellation of Train no. 12852, Chennai-Bilaspur Express, on September 2nd due to heavy rainfall in the Warangal-Vijayawada section. The railway administration has apologized for the inconvenience caused to passengers.
