This is the only express train to stop at Harauni, which is relatively dilapidated station [Pf 2 is overgrown with grass fully]. Also with timings like 0300 hrs in the morning, I doubt more that single digit pax would board/deboard from there. Also, considering that the train's timings were changed since it has been extended to BJU, IR can consider trimming the stoppage at GTNR/LC. It doesn't come at a good enough time now in both directions to ensure a feasible stoppage.

Gonda Train Accident: गोंडा रेल हादसे से पहले लाइन में तकनीकी गड़बड़ी बताने वाला कीमैन बर्खास्त, रेल आवास वापस करने का निर्देश

A preliminary investigation report into the Gonda train accident has revealed that the accident was caused by a fault in the railway line. The Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) released this report after a thorough 50-day investigation. The report blames the engineering department for the track malfunction and the operational department...

for negligence. Before the accident, a junior engineer had informed the keyman about a technical glitch in the railway line between Motigunj and Jhilahi stations. This conversation was recorded and shared on social media, leading to the keyman's dismissal by the railway administration. The keyman has been dismissed from service for revealing this information to the media without proper authorization, though some believe the dismissal was an attempt to cover up negligence by higher officials. The CRS report also criticizes the operational department, claiming the station master did not react swiftly enough to take control of the situation.

mein gadbadi thi. Saath hi parichalan department ko bhi laaparvahi ke liye jimmedar theraaya gaya hai. Gonda train accident se pehle hi, junior engineer ne Motigunj-Jhilahi station ke beech rail line mein technical gadbadi bataana railway ke keyman ko bhaari pad gaya hai. Internet media par keyman aur junior engineer ke beech baat-chit ka audio prasarit hone se khaar khaye railway prashasan ne keyman Aasne ko barakast kar diya. Saath hi saare rail sampatti aur rail aawas waapas karne ka disha-nirdesh jaari kar diya hai. Keyman ki barakastgi ko lekar karmachari sangathanon mein rosh hai. CRS report mein yeh bhi bataya gaya hai ki station master ne train ko control mein lene mein jaldi nahin dikhayi.

Even revenue will increase if they will convert all GS coaches into 2S.

They say that Sleeper and GS coaches are loss making then why they do not allot 50% of seats in these coaches in dynamic pricing so that cost can be recovered with high fare.

Airplanes

can never be a preferred mode of travelling inside dense populated country like India.

Allowing high GNWL is not a problem of IRCTC because it is upto passengers if they want to donate cancellation charges to Indian Railways but IF just like COVIDD days, they ensure that ticketless passengers or fully waitlisted passengers cannot enter station premises then issue can be resolved.

UR coaches should be present only in MEMU/EMU/DEMU and Passenger trains.

No, you misread my post. I am mentioning about local trains running with ordinary fare pre covid times. Now when they are running with M/E fare(nearly twice of ordinary fare0 with same TT under the garb of Express special, where is the 43% subsidy now.

Certainly airplanes can be a preferred mode for transport in India atleast for long distance travels as more and more airports do come up. And it's these long distance trains which mostly face overcrowding and terrible delay problems.
GNWL is definitely a problem of IRCTC in my opinion just because people keep on booking does not mean they should allow it. While it's agreeable that most Indians lack basic civic sense as they see it as their right to travel irrespective of the fact that they are illegally entering the reserved coaches with non confirmed tickets and are causing nuisance to the ones travelling with confirmed tickets. But here Railways have the responsibility to ensure that the confirmed ticket holders have

a safe secure and comfortable journey so it's their responsibility to see to it that only confirmed ticket holders travel and for RPF to control around 100 unauthorised people in a single coach would be too much it's an uncivilized mob out there who can even throw the on duty officer out of the moving train. So better Railways restrict them while booking itself. Unreserved passengers can be almost completely avoided by reserving the GS class in M/E and SF trains (which some months you only had suggested) second half of the WL crowd problem can be tackled by reducing the WL allowed in the first place. Then more RPF should also be hired with proper training in crowd management.
Thus almost non existent UR crowd in Exp and SF trains, reduced WL passengers and increased RPF can definitely be useful in largely solving the overcrowding issue.
With this one issue will definitely be largely overcome but the second most prevalent issue of long distance trains running indefinitely late I don't know if it can ever be solved as day by day more and trains are being added on the already saturated railway tracks where even sometimes getting maintenance blocks is highly difficult (mentioned in the CAG report).
