I think the reason is locomotive, it's been running with wag 9 these days.
(LTT-HW, load 22LHB) Stopped at ET stn for BA voltage dropped to 85V. CLI&M/Staff attended found battery charger not working. So F/loco 22206/BZA given on top and started. But stopped again for BP pipe of 22206 burst between both locos. Same replaced and worked. IOH-03.08.23. (SR&BUR/ABB, Br-E-70). Section major:ET-BPL, Minor: ET-PRKD. Time:18.40-19.58. Loco on same train as dead. (22206:AOH-18.08.22, IC-26.09.23).

When was it running with a WAG-9?
12171/2 regular link is HOG WAP-7, mostly from KYN or AQ shed since it has 130 MPS.

i noticed it coming to haridwar with wag 9 for 2.days down the line.
Please help me i have a confirm ticket train number 12171 of 19th Oct 2023.But got sms that this train is cancelled. Can anyone help me y this train is been cancelled?
