What ?? 45 is very high speed considering momentum of the train..
We can't ask for stopping train services in this section since this is the mainline connection to Kerala. Similar incident happened to Coromandel in Orissa some years ago, on the Chennai Howrah Mainline. Impact will be felt nationwide if closed.
The area near railway tracks should be properly fenced in order to avoid such incidents.
