Isn't it high time this train bypassed SBC and loco reversal is taken up at SMVB? Would save a huge amount of time and can be speeded up drastically. While slot is an issue in SA CBE section, an earlier arrival at CBE ensures this train's right time departure from CBE.

How about slot swap with Udyan something like this:
Udyan:
LTT dep 2130 SBC arr 1730.
SBC dep 1930 LTT arr 1530.
(Change DR UBL dep to 2230)
CBE...

CSMT dep 0900 SMVB arr 0430 dep 0445 CBE 1100
CBE dep 1500 SMVB arr 2115 Dep 2145 CSMT 1945.
This CBE train can have RSA with CSMT SUR Siddeshwar express, without any change.
