Yup its a huge issue during summer. 100s of Lower & middle class people rush & wish to fill their bottles in 5-10 mins stoppage. I have seen, many times, the vendors on platforms damage the taps intentionally to increase their business.

that is an old trick of vendors to sell water bottles...but several times read that passengers protesting & chain pulling in ALD/CNB/MGS stations because water filling is not done in the train even though stops at each station for 25-30 mts...this is just ridiculous...if water flling is also not done,then can we expect CTS staffs are present at all?
