What is the benefit that staff of a division get if they are allocated the operations works? (Dont know much about the same hence this query)
Not sure, but besides fix pay, every running staff gets additional running allowance for every kms of operation of any train, be it pax or goods..
So to gain max month end allowance, running staff wants to operate more trains..
