This WR-CR War is having a huge impact on overall aspects, be it anything Related to Railways.
The last solution seems workable...
According to WR officials, a temporary arrangement it is contemplating is to have CR get the coaches checked- and repaired if necessary- at its own workshops or depots with WR providing the man and machines required for the work.

True, CR has enough workshops of its own. probably they could send man and required machines to MTN workshop for getting work done.
