नागपुर रेल मंडल के नागपुर-छिंदवाडा, छिंदवाडा-नैनपुर, नैनपुर-मडंलाफोर्ट एवं बालाघाट-नैनपुर-जबलपुर सेक्शन में आमान परिवर्तन
दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे नागपुर रेल मंडल के अन्तर्गत नागपुर-छिंदवाडा, छिंदवाडा-नैनपुर, नैनपुर-मडंलाफोर्ट एवं बालाघाट-नैनपुर-जबलपुर नैरो गेज सेक्शन का आमान परिवर्तन किया जा रहा है, जिसके कारण बालाघाट-नैनपुर एवं नैनपुर-जबलपुर नैरो गेज सेक्शन पर दिनांक 01 अक्टूबर, 2015 से यात्री गाड़ियों का परिचालन एवं छिंदवाडा-नैनपुर, नागपुर-छिंदवाडा एवं नैनपुर-मडंलाफोर्ट नैरो गेज सेक्शन पर दिनांक 01 नवम्बर, 2015 से यात्री गाड़ियों का परिचालन रद्द कर दिया जाएगा, ताकि इस खंडो पर आ जा रहे आमान परिवर्तन के कार्यो में तेजी लाई जा सके। जो कि इस प्रकार हैः-
So IR gets one more additional NORTH-SOUTH and EAST-WEST RAIL LINE connectivity and relieve somewhat NAGPUR JUNCTION .These all the routes shall be converted as BG ELECTRIFIED tracks during the construction itself for seamless operation.
Thanks to SER OFFICIAL who informed to me in SER FACEBOOK that All the lines under BG CONVERSION are ELECTRIFIED during construction itself.
So IR is prepared to lose out one more potentially heritage railway network!! Sad to see.
