Data comes in the form of OR or Operating Ratio, which is ratio of money spent to money earnt by various zones
Pax growth data is normally declared by IR, the annual growth of 18% for airlines is much higher than the annual growth in IR paxs which is normally about 2-4% p.a.
It would be very interesting to know the load factor (avg. % occupancy) of each train/ zone etc.Such data occur in nes reports (normally through RTI query)
So far I have not come through analysis of % cancellations in IR ticket bookings. I think IR doees not worry about reasons of (lagre number of) cancellations, as it is a source of revenue...

Given the high no. of vacant seats due to Flexifare premium category has definetly taken a hit in terms of occupancy
