There are many grey areas that need to be addressed...
E.g. NGP (CR) and NGP (SECR)- the train operations are affected due to such administrative hassles! There may be several such examples!!!

* It is well understood by all , I was shocked to hear my son speaking about corruption when he was just 6-7 years old!!!.
* Corruption is one of the root cause of almost all the problems being faced by our country. Our country is constantly attacked by a ever strong demon with an evil mind (with quadrupeds of Corruption-Population-Populism-Communalism/Casteis m/Regionalism) and a devil body (with quadrupeds of Politics-Bureaucracy-Judiciary-Media)
* Corruption is one of the root cause of almost all the problems being faced by our country. Our country is constantly attacked by a ever strong demon with an evil mind (with quadrupeds of Corruption-Population-Populism-Communalism/Casteis m/Regionalism) and a devil body (with quadrupeds of Politics-Bureaucracy-Judiciary-Media)
SOLUTION
* A solution could be to implement a full-fledged ERP system with adoption latest accounting practice (double entry) which keep its pulses on every sphere of IR, from revenue collection and expenditure of every entity & activity of IR (entity-like zone/division/station/train/augmentation or modernisation project etc activity like ticketing/ freight/parcel/passenger/ catering. Every loss to organisation shall be identified in the process and steps to plug such losses like rationalisation of policies/services and other correcctive actions shall be taken.
* Use of latest technology in locos, coaches, wagons, signalling, stations etc and of IT...
