lack of communication bw diff depts lead to this. battery could be charged during six hrs stay at ndls . ICf coaches alternator needs more time for battery to be charged.
At NDLS there is huge rush.. i m not sure that the facility is available in large amount to charge it.. . battery charge by moving trains through dynamo.. And when train went to NDLS for parking somewhere.. AC don't switched off It... more...
