Empty wagon/coaches accidents are pretty common all over IR. Only thing is that IR has stopped releasing news about them only if no disruptions occur. Such empty wagon/coaches tasks are usually done by junior(younger) staff and mishaps happen due to over speeding. IR as a policy makes TSR/PSR at such locations where such mishaps occur apart from sending involved staff for refresher course. I expect you'll find PSR/TSR at all previous mishap locations.
Ambiapur SM has said that he heard some weird sound from the rake when Train was passing the station. SM informed the crew but it was too late nd goods train derailed
