Not CORE, RVNL. CORE does the work with huge delay, it's been a record. ET-Ald electrification is a good example for that and serious corruption allegation have been made against CORE.
Though up to an extent on administrative level, Work is being carried out by RVNL and TATA not by WCR.
Etawah- Gwalior electrification will be carried out by CORE, it will get delayed.

If RVNL is executing it , how WCR can be given credit.CORE is doing 3000- 4000 km electrification per year .Katni Manipur section is badly delayed , not all the projects are delayed.
